Our business philosophy is to deliver quality healthcare to patients in a friendly, professional manner. We offer personal services to our patients such as specialty medications, compounding services at our very own state-of-the-art compounding lab, free delivery or mailing of prescriptions, SelectCare medication synchronization and adherence program, Medicare Part D counseling, and specialty services to long term care facilities such as nursing homes. Medley Pharmacy, Inc. has over 140 employees at 14 locations (13 retail and 1 long term care) in 7 Missouri counties. Our pharmacists, technicians, and staff are local citizens of your community and are here to help you get the great hometown service you deserve.

Dr. Sandra K. Mitchell, Pharm. D.
Owner and President
Sandy began working at Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in 1984 while in high school. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree at St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1990, she returned to the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. family as a staff pharmacist. While working at the pharmacy, she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In 2005, Dr. Mitchell proudly became the owner of Medley Pharmacy, Inc. fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur and pharmacy owner.Amy Mitchell, CPA

Amy graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Accounting. She joined the Medley Pharmacy team in 2008 handling the finances and general operations of the business. Amy has been married for over 20 years and has 3 children. Her family is actively involved in their church and showing horses.Dr. Jannel Flora, Pharm. D.
Director of Pharmacy Operations
Jannel worked as a student and intern at Medley Pharmacy for eight years before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2009. Jannel was the Pharmacist-In-Charge at Sinks Pharmacy in Belle before being promoted to Director of Pharmacy Operations, overseeing all 13 of our locations. Jannel serves as a preceptor for local pharmacy students in conjunction with University of Missouri, Kansas City and for local high school students enrolled in a marketing program. Jannel's aspiration in pharmacy is to provide patient education, ensure patient safety, and provide patients with a positive experience.Jari Dawson
Human Resource Manager
Jari joined Medley Pharmacy, Inc. after 10 years in various positions at Missouri S&T in Rolla, and 20 plus years as Comptroller and Manager for Meramec Pharmacy, Inc. and Strauser Drugs. Her responsibilities include welcoming new employees, store compliance, new hire orientation, insurance administration, technician license tracking, and HIPAA compliance. Jari has been married for over 30 years, with 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.Sheryl Mertz

Sheryl started with the company in 2004 as a Pharmacy Technician at Sinks Pharmacy in Belle. In 2010 she became the Inventory and Compliance Manager, overseeing product ordering, front end set up, and accounts payable for all of our locations.Todd Kurzenberger
Sales and Marketing Manager
Todd joined Medley Pharmacy in January 2017 after many years in the Family Entertainment industry, where his innovative marketing campaigns were key to his success. Prior to that Todd was Vice-President of a title insurance company. He now oversees the advertising and marketing for all 13 pharmacy locations.Stephanie Denney

Stephanie joined the Medley Pharmacy team in August 2018 and is responsible for financial reporting, payroll and overseeing the Accounting Department. She earned her Masters of Accountancy Degree from Missouri State University in Springfield and soon after, she earned her Certified Public Accountant Certification. Stephanie and her husband have 3 young children and enjoy the outdoors, including basking in the sun around their pool, and their cattle farm.Theresa Prenger

Theresa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration in May of 1992. She joined Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in December of 2016 as an Accountant and is looking forward to learning more about the company as she advances in her role. Brook received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Central Methodist University in 2015. She joined the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. family in Cuba later that same year. Her goal as an accountant at the corporate office is to provide accurate data in accounts receivable to better observe store growth and company financial information. Her responsibilities include: maintaining financial reports, records, and daily sales; and performing general bookkeeping including data entry.Lindsey Roberson
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist
Lindsey joined Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in 2000 as a pharmacy technician at our Owensville location. In November of 2005, she received her Pharmacy Technician Certification from the PTCB. After 16 years as a pharmacy technician in Owensville, Lindsey started working at our corporate office in August of 2016 assisting with special projects. Her responsibilities now include internal audits, analyzing and submitting actual audits and Medicare Part D counseling. When not at work, Lindsey enjoys spending her time with her husband and 2 sweet girls.Jill Garrison

Jill proudly served the Steelville community as a pharmacy technician at Steelville Drug for 17 years, providing premiere customer service in all aspects of her job. She received her Pharmacy Technician Certification from PTCB in March of 2005, and in February of 2018 she became The Pharmacy Operations Specialist working at our corporate office. Jill's responsibilities include routine visits to all of our 13 locations to ensure the companies core values are being demonstrated on a daily basis, assisting in development and implementation of new programs, and working with store managers to meet company and store goals. Dr. Jamie Mabe, Pharm. D.
Clinical Pharmacist Jamie, a graduate of Steelville High School, has worked as a pharmacy technician for Steelville Drug since 2010. She attended UMKC, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. She then attended PCOM in Georgia, where she received her Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2018. Jamie resides in Steelville with her husband, Jeremy and their 3 kids. As the Clinical Pharmacist, Jamie will provide integrated clinical pharmacy services and direct patient care programs for the company, such as drug utilization review, medication therapy management, disease state management, patient and community education, and other specialty programs with the primary goal of improving patient outcomes.Meet Our Pharmacists
Jim Becker, R. Ph.
Staff Pharmacist Jim is a graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He has worked for several hospital systems in the St. Louis area. He has experience in both the hospital pharmacy setting and the outpatient retail pharmacy setting. He and his wife recently moved to this region for their love of outdoor activities and to be closer to family. He was employed by Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in October, 2012 and works at multiple Sinks and Medley Pharmacy locations. Tracy Boatright, R. Ph.
Pharmacist-In-ChargeMedley Pharmacy - Gerald Tracy received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1991. She joined the Medley Pharmacy team in 2008 at our Vienna location. In 2008, she helped launch our store in Gerald. Her goal as pharmacy manager in Gerald is to provide excellent customer service, expand the role of pharmacists in the community through customer education and vaccinations, and provide useful health information to the community by working with other local health care providers to hold Medley Pharmacy community health fairs in Gerald.
Dr. Bryan Brooks, Pharm. D.
Therapeutic Optimization Pharmacist Bryan received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2003. He received his Masters in Pharmacy Administration from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2004. He has a certificate in Travel Health. Bryan has experience working in Hospital, Long Term Care, Mail Order, and Retail Pharmacy. He started working for sinks in 2014 at the Vienna location. Bryan’s primary focus is customer service and is excited to work for a company that is so focused on the community and the patients they serve.Stacy Caldwell, R. Ph.
Staff Pharmacist Stacy received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in 1998. Stacy, an Owensville native, chose to start her retail pharmacy career as a Medley Pharmacy employee during her high school years and accepted a pharmacist position upon receiving her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy degree. Her responsibilities include: pharmacy operations, employee management, physician and nursing home liaison, patient educator, customer care, and vaccine administration.Peggy Cox, R. Ph.
Staff Pharmacist Peggy graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy with her BS in 1990. She has been a certified immunizing pharmacist since June of 2006. And in August of 2007, Peggy completed the Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Diabetes National Certificate Program. She brought her pharmacy experience to Sinks and Medley Pharmacy in October 2013 and works at multiple locations.Dr. Shayla Farris, Pharm. D.

John P. Fester, R. Ph.
Staff Pharmacist John graduated from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. John purchased Steelville Drug right after graduation. In 1993, John was recognized by the St. Louis College of Pharmacy as the Young Pharmacist of the Year. He and his wife Tommie owned and operated Steelville Drug for over 30 years until May 2014, when he joined the Sinks/Medley team and still works as a staff pharmacist. He is also a commercial pilot flying World War 2 airplanes at airshows all across the midwest. John lives in Steelville, where he and his wife raised 4 children.Billie Fuller, R. Ph.

Dr. Hall graduated from UMKC School of Pharmacy with her Pharm.D. in 2006. While in school, she was President of NCPA, class Vice-President, and APhA student board member. Upon graduation, Dr. Hall followed her entrepreneurial spirit and opened Hall's Pharmacy, Inc., where she was President and owner of Hall's Pharmacy and Hall's Compounding Center for 7 years before selling the pharmacy to spend more time with her growing family. Dr. Hall specializes in compounding services and is a certified hormone consultant. She is also a certified immunizer. She strives to give back to her community with charitable work and helping others, and is a retired board member and past President of the Foundations for Franklin County, a non-profit organization. Dr. Hall was the 2009 recipient of the Missouri Narcotics Officers Association Citizen of the Year Award, selected by senators and representatives. She joined our team in 2017 as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Sinks Pharmacy in St. Clair.
Dr. Jeremy Helton, Pharm. D.
Staff Pharmacist Jeremy began working for Sinks and Medley Pharmacy in July of 2015. He received his Pharm. D. at UMKC School of Pharmacy in 2004 and became a certified immunizer in 2011. Jeremy works at multiple locations and takes pride in being able to serve smaller communities. He and his family reside in Rolla.Dr. Autumn Jaeger, Pharm. D.
Staff Pharmacist Autumn received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2018. She was born and raised in Rolla, Missouri and was excited to return to the area to join the Sinks and Medley Pharmacy team in October of 2018. She resides in Edgar Springs with her husband, Keith, and is passionate about providing quality patient education and customer service. Autumn is proud to serve her hometown community and the surrounding areas.

Shelley graduated from St Louis College of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree in 1988. She has been a certified immunization pharmacist since 2004 and has worked at independent pharmacies in the Sullivan area for 30 years now. Shelley values the relationships that are built with customers and being able to play a positive part in their health. She is proud to join the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. team that believes in providing exceptional customer service, being involved in the community, and staying at the forefront of the pharmacy industry.
Stanley Johnston, R. Ph.
Staff Pharmacist Stan grew up in midwestern Illinois. He attended pharmacy school at St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and worked his first pharmacist job at PCRMC inpatient pharmacy in Rolla. He worked part time at St. James Prescription Shop, until a full time position as manager and Pharmacist in Charge became available. He accepted the position and worked there for over 33 years as the pharmacy evolved into Mercy Pharmacy. Stan joined the Sinks Pharmacy team in July 2020 and is very happy to be associated with a company that has the same philosophy as he does. Part-Time Staff Pharmacist John joined our team in 2018 from Hillcrest Pharmacy and is as a part-time Pharmacist at our Rolla South location. He has been married to his wife Barb since 1966, and in 1970, he and Barb joined in the ownership of Hillcrest Pharmacy. Staff Pharmacist Shima graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BS in Microbiology in 1997 and worked at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with the Infectious Disease Department on clinical trials for over 4 years. She then pursued a career change and graduated with her Doctorate degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2007. During her years enrolled in pharmacy school, she worked part-time at St. Louis University where she helped design a laboratory protocol for the BCG Vaccine Study, which received full funding in 2011. She joined Sinks and Medley Pharmacy in September of 2014 at our Steelville Drug location and now works at other locations, striving to focus on improving outcomes and raising the quality of life for patients with all types of medical ailments and conditions.Dr. Caitlyn Standley, Pharm. Pharmacist-In-ChargeMedley Pharmacy - Owensville Caitlyn graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2014. She has worked as a Technician, Pharmacy Intern, Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacist-in-Charge in large chain retail pharmacy since 2009. Though she loved her work as a pharmacist, Caitlyn wanted a job with a more community driven team where she could have more regular and personal patient interaction. She was thrilled to join our team as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Towne Pharmacy in 2017. She is certified in immunization delivery and has an interest in general nutrition that she loves to share with her staff and community as much as possible. Caitlyn is proud to serve the local community and proud to be a part of the Medley/Sinks Pharmacy team.

Doug Strauser, R. Ph.
Staff Pharmacist Doug graduated from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. He was the founder and owner of Meramec Pharmacy, Inc. for 32 years, with pharmacies in three Missouri counties. He also opened and operated Four Rivers Homecare, Inc., a home medical equipment company, with multiple locations, for 13 years. Doug has served his hometown of Sullivan in various capacities, including Mayor, Alderman, 13 years as President of the School Board, and currently Director of the Bank of Sullivan. He was the founder of the Sullivan Emergency Assistance Fund in 1982, that still serves the local area today for families during times of crisis. Doug and his wife Joan are lifelong residents of Sullivan, where they raised 4 children, they have 2 grandchildren, continue to own and operate several businesses, and serve the Sinks and Medley Pharmacy customers.Alicia Stricklin, R. Staff Pharmacist Alicia received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in 2000. Alicia joined the Sinks Pharmacy team in 2001 as a staff pharmacist and works at multiple locations. Alicia received a certificate of achievement after completing a pharmacy-based immunization delivery program in 2010.
